Butcher On The Go is a family-owned, online mobile butcher shop built on more than 80 years of meat-cutting tradition in the St. Louis area. With deep roots in a multi-generation meat shop, their passion is providing high-quality, USA-sourced beef, pork, and chicken—cut by an experienced, old-school butcher and vacuum-sealed for freshness.

All beef is USDA Choice or higher and aged a minimum of 14 days, with every product sourced from the United States. Orders are placed online during a weekly ordering window, then freshly processed and delivered the following week at designated pickup locations and times.
