General Membership Luncheon Application
If you are interested in hosting a Eureka Chamber General Membership Luncheon, please complete the following three (3) steps:
- Download the 2009 Luncheon Sponsor Document on Website.doc
- Complete the application in full.
- Mail or Drop off your application, along with the $100 fee, to the Chamber Office. Once the Chamber receives your completed application, a Chamber representative will contact you to confirm.
Please make sure to visit our Scheduled Membership Luncheons to ensure the slot is available. We support twelve (12) after hour socials a year.
