After Hours Application

If you are interested in hosting a Eureka Chamber After Hours Social please complete the following three (3) steps:

  1. Download the After Hours Application.
  2. Complete the application in full.
  3. Mail or Drop off your application to the Chamber.  Once the Chamber receives your completed application, a Chamber representative will contact you to confirm.

Please make sure to visit our Scheduled Upcoming After Hours to ensure the slot is available.  We support twelve (12)  after hour socials a year.
