Luncheon Sponsors

Each General Membership Meeting, a chamber member will be allowed to sponsor the luncheon for a set fee.  As a sponsor of the luncheon, the following guidelines/benefits apply:

1)      One free lunch ticket to the General Membership Meeting.

2)      The sponsor’s name will be on a 20 x 24 sign to be placed on an easel at the check-in area of the meeting room during the networking time prior to the meeting. The easel will be moved to the front of the meeting room, next to the podium, once the meeting begins.

3)       The 20 x 24 sign will be provided by the Chamber.

4)      The sponsor will receive up to 10 minutes during the meeting to discuss any of their company information, upcoming events/programs, etc.

5)      Exclusive rights to information dissemination on each table.  

6)      The sponsoring company will receive an article in the “General Luncheon” section on the Chamber’s website during the same month.

A membership committee person will be available at 11:30 am on the day of the meeting to assist with any questions or help set-up/handout information in the networking area.
